b) CPLCG (CPL Conversion papers)

c) ATPLG (Standard ATPL papers)

I deliberately excluded helicopters and general/technical papers.

It's very interesting to see the drastic change in numbers for CPL and

CPL-Composite. As usual, NAV looks like a tough subject, ...

Passed my CPL flight test in Vancouver on 15-August, flew back to India on 23-August, and landed in Delhi on 30-Aug. Sat through the classes at Mr.Duggal. Applied for the 2 conversion papers (CPLCG Nav Composite and Regulations). And DGCA decides to publish the admit list 3 days before the exams. And they give me only 1 paper - CPLG Navigation. Have a friend who got his FAA PPL in the late 90's...and untill about 3 years ago was still flying on his PPL while working in the US. He's got in excess of the hours required for the CPL, but was never really interested in going the FAA CPL way...

He's currently working with an MNC in India...and together we cleared all the DGCA CPL papers...he was lucky to have appeared and cleared majority of his ...

Hi Everyone, nice to see CaptBala Sir and Haree and all you guys here. I was a regular member at indianpilots.com and ever since it shut down I have been searching for an alternate. In the process I also created a forum www.ippilots.com/forum with an effort to regroup indianpilots.com members.

Also tried signing up at indianpilots.great-forum.com but the request has to be verified by the admin, so 2 days and still waiting.

Anyways, back to aviation.

I was surprised to see this ...
