DGCA is going to sue both the pilots No

But its really surprising how such a massive error took place!

Wrong nav aid freq on P1 side. P2 was PF and had the right freq. P1 was getting 'erroneous' indications... called for controls. Both started concentrating on the prob in the cockpit. And with Murphy's Law kicking in left x wind. So they look out.... and voila 09.... rwy visual... landing.

Enquiry still on. Couple of good guys who effed up. Thankfully no injuries or damage. They'll be up in the air soon I'm sure.

Lesson to learn. Positively ident navaids and one person to ALWAYS fly the a/c. I'm one to talk... hindsight 20/20.
